Session Information

• Adult individual sessions (18years+)

• Counselling sessions are 1 hour

• The first session will give us the opportunity to discuss what brought you to counselling and allows you to

           get a feel for what counselling involves.

• Sessions are through online counselling

                 using a secure professional website

• Fees: Online sessions - €60
